27 March 2011

Bernard Matthews II
The Caister ALB Launched this morning with Owen Nutt at the Helm to scatter the ashes of four people and later to join up with the Lowestoft Lifeboat
for training.

The relatives of the deceased were taken to the lookout in the old shed by Derek George and the ashes were scattered in sight of the station by the crew with the service being conducted by our Chairman Paul Garrod.

The lifeboat then headed South to meet up with the Lowestoft RNLI boat for some joint training.

When writning this she was still out to sea so may be able to add more details on her return.
