HOW WOULD YOU LIKE YOUR NAME ON A LIFEBOAT AS WELL?


It could be: a donors NAME, a NAME in tribute of someone you love, a NAME in memory of someone you've lost. The list is endless...


For a minimum donation of £25 you could have one of these on the new
CVLS 45-01 Lifeboat.


Each character of CVLS 45-01 will contain hundreds of names and will be there for the duration of the boats service at Caister Lifeboat.


You can see an example of how this will look in the image below, showing a detail from the 'V' of CVLS 45-01.

Please only enter one name per donation up to a maximum of 35 characters.


If you want to two names, then you will need to complete the form twice and make a second donation.


The name must be the name/nickname of one individual person/organisation.


Please do not include additional information such as locations, place of birth, group names or symbols, as these cannot be processed and will be removed.


Acceptable name formats:


John Smith


Captain John Smith


John 'Johnny' Smith (nickname or middle name included)
